Pearl Jordan is a performance and wellbeing specialist and founder of The Rhythmic Remedy® a movement-inspired, holistic approach to Personal and Professional Development. She has 30-plus years’ experience within the performance industry and more than 15 years in the health and wellbeing sector.

Pearl Jordan provides individual and group coaching, workshops, training and talks that are wellbeing and empowerment led. She encourages people to tune into their strengths, to take ownership of their individuality, their voice, and to have the confidence and clarity to show up in their truth. 

No! Movement is one of the many tools I use during group sessions to help people shift their energy and discover their ‘inner performer’, but it’s not a must – promise!

Inner Rhythm Coaching always starts with a comprehensive initial session to discover where you’re at and what your needs are. From that, I will create a bespoke package that suits exactly what you need, drawing on my multi-disciplinary approach which includes coaching, NLP, (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)  hypnotherapy, meditation and homoeopathy.
